Senior Client Leader

We're looking for a Senior Client Leader.

We are searching for a Senior Client Leader to join our growing team in Cincinnati. Our ideal candidate will be capable of maintaining ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction, revenue growth and team leadership on a variety of assigned accounts. We are looking for a team player that is able to effectively collaborate with leadership regarding retention and growth of existing accounts. The Senior Client Leader will be the voice of the client, a doer, a leader and an influencer.

We want someone that is confident in their abilites to lead and mentor other team members while helping the agency grow and evolve-someone that can lead successful client projects and build meaningful relationships.

What we’d like you to bring to Hyperquake:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • 5-7 years post graduate, industry experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and/or advertising, with emphasis on brand building
  • Solid understanding of project management and delivery across an array of brand touch points
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CPG experience, a plus
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem solving
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • The ability to create a rapport with clients and team members while creating a fun/healthy working relationship
  • The ability to simplify complexity, inspire others, and evolve
