Project Leader

We need a Project Leader.

We are searching for a Project Leader to join our growing team in Cincinnati. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage all ongoing project details and communication on an assigned book of business, while supporting our Group Leader . We are looking for someone that is able to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams, help facilitate meetings and manage agendas while moving multiple projects forward. The project leader will be an internal voice of the client and a detail-oriented task master.

This candidate must be confident in their abilities to manage accurate timelines, budgets and calendars while providing day-to-day tactical support for project deliverables related to marketing campaigns, web design, branding and video. This role will be responsible for helping to make sure all project deliverables are meeting the expectations of our Senior Group Leader.

What we’d like you to bring to Hyperquake:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • 3-5 years post graduate, industry experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and/or advertising, with emphasis on brand building
  • Solid understanding of project management and capable of multi-tasking
  • Able to effectively communicate project statuses, changes, and issues to appropriate team members
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to learn new systems/processes while working against tight timelines.
  • ‪Ability to keep detailed records pertaining to file organization, documents, project updates, etc. in our internal tool.

Associate Creative Director

We are looking for an experienced ACD.

We are searching for a dedicated and talented Associate Creative Director to join our growing team in Cincinnati. The ACD will lead and execute great design solutions to support the entire team on each book of business that they are assigned. Experience with brand management, mentoring and guiding other designers while also being capable of executing work as needed is required. This role will be responsible for helping to lead Hyperquake’s creative output, related to many facets of design from graphic and digital/interactive projects to campaigns and conceptual design thinking, ensuring all creative outputs meet and/or exceeds both agency and client expectations.

As an Associate Creative Director, you would be responsible for turning strategic goals into actionable design solutions to guide any brand's success while helping us lead successful projects and build meaningful relationships.

What we’d like you to bring to Hyperquake:

  • A passion for designing amazing creative alongside our strategy team.
  • 7+ years' experience designing products/brands/experiences from conception to completion (minimum of 6 years post-graduate design experience)
  • Experience in understanding strategy/consumer insights and how each impact design
  • The ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Experience in brand management is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related degree in design preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Demonstrative ability to think strategically about design, and experience in leading multiple project types from concept to completion, whether it be a product/package design, website or brand experience.
  • Ability to present work to clients and some travel required
