We’re looking for a dynamic Project Leader.

We are searching for a Project Leader to join our growing team in Cincinnati. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage all ongoing project details and communication on an assigned book of business, while supporting our Group Leader . We are looking for someone that is able to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams, help facilitate meetings and manage agendas while moving multiple projects forward. The project leader will be an internal voice of the client and a detail-oriented task master.

This candidate must be confident in their abilities to manage accurate timelines, budgets and calendars while providing day-to-day tactical support for project deliverables related to marketing campaigns, web design, branding and video. This role will be responsible for helping to make sure all project deliverables are meeting the expectations of our Senior Group Leader.

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • 3-5 years post graduate, industry experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and/or advertising, with emphasis on brand building

Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Cincinnati to help lead the strategy, planning, management, and the execution of how we go-to-market with our own Hyperquake brand. We want a dynamic marketing mind that can do two things: primarily, lead the marketing of our growing Hyperquake brand, and secondarily, provide strategic insight and influence on guiding our clients in their marketing efforts in all 3 areas of our business: Brand Building, Storybuilding™, and Business Building, and bring new practices to impact our evolving and diversifying business.

Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator.

Hyperquake recently merged with The Brand Experience in Cincinnati and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Storybuilding team. Our ideal candidate would work closely with the Project Experience Team, providing internal support to the Executive Producer and other team members. Internal support will be focused on three key areas, including scheduling, budgeting and managing the flow of work throughout the project from the concept phase, all the way through to creative development and design. The coordinator will also support the team throughout the production and fabrication phase, as needed.

The project coordinator should be able to work independently but must also be capable of taking direction while managing and prioritizing many details at once, while supporting the EP and his/her project team(s) in: 1) coordinating details with the client on select projects, 2) coordinating and helping to create schedules and budgets for current and potential projects based on creatives’/clients’ input on deliverables, and 3) coordinating deliverables from the creative and technical teams to create and produce state-of-the-art brand experiences. The coordinator will need to be able to work efficiently, ask questions, and learn our industry while being the-day-to day support for our internal Project Experience Team.

Senior Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Designer & creative thinker.

We are searching for a full-time Senior Designer to join our team in Cincinnati. Senior Brand Designers are responsible for leading the conceptual approach, design execution, and assisting in the strategy and production/development of many types of projects from brand identity, front end innovation, immersive installations and digital experiences. Our ideal Senior Designer is a design leader that works collaboratively with the multiple teams to ensure that creative decisions result in progressive, sophisticated and appropriate design experiences – from strategy to client services. We also want you to be a mentor for other designers and help shape their perspective and skills – helping them shift and evolve as we do each and every day. In addition to unique talent, innovation and enthusiasm, we’re also looking for designers with a strong sense of responsibility and solid communication skills.
