Founder Scott McGohan came to Hyperquake with a powerful insight: while 90% of employers offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), only 4% of employees use them. The challenge isn't access—it is awareness, trust, and the stigma surrounding mental health.
We partnered with Scott to bring his vision to life, building a brand that could meet people where they are—not with clinical jargon, but with empathy, clarity, and hope. Through audience research and rapid validation, we uncovered the core issue: employees don't need more resources—they need a brand that helps them see and trust the ones they already have.
We built One Morning from the ground up: named and positioned the brand with a clear, human-first narrative, designed a full identity system—static and motion—for digital and physical use, delivered posters, collateral, and UX/UI templates for a successful pilot launch with an Ohio-based employer.
“Hyperquake gave meaning to our vision. They gave us patience, kindness and energy unprecedented. They understood the passion we have for One Morning and gave us a beautiful voice.
Our future is on solid ground because of Hyperquake and ready to bring meaning to the work we care so deeply about.”
