Will Bullins

Executive Director, Creative Technology

Will has spent his career at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and human experience. From the moment he stepped into his first experience center, he knew technology was at its best when it wasn’t the actual focus—but the enabler.

As Executive Director, Creative Technology at Hyperquake, Will blends creative vision with deep technical expertise to craft immersive, meaningful experiences. He believes the best technology is the kind you don’t notice—it just works, amplifying the story and making the impossible feel real. Whether it’s designing interactive exhibits, experience centers, or large-scale brand activations, his focus is always on human-centered design and purposeful innovation.

Will’s career has spanned designing high-end AV and experiential systems, consulting on immersive environments, and leading teams to create technology solutions that seamlessly integrate into spaces. He thrives on collaboration, working closely with architects, designers, and content creators to bring ideas to life. A natural problem solver, Will embraces challenges with curiosity and a belief that the best solutions come from a mix of creativity, teamwork, and a little bit of magic.

Live positively, listen with empathy, and push forward.
