Gabrielle Schweickart

Director, Growth Marketing, Media, and Analytics

As Director of Growth Marketing, Media, and Analytics at Hyperquake, Gabrielle is focused on one thing: helping organizations turn strategy into real, scalable results. She works closely with both brand-led companies and performance-driven teams to build growth systems that actually move the needle.

Before joining the agency world, Gabrielle spent years scaling growth functions in-house at national brands, and she brings that operator mindset into every engagement. Her experience spans performance marketing, lifecycle and retention, analytics, media planning and buying, organic social, influencer, and ecommerce — always with a focus on how it all connects to drive meaningful business outcomes.

At her core, Gabrielle is a strategist who knows how to execute. She leads Hyperquake’s growth marketing team in a hands-on, deeply embedded way, working as a true extension of client teams. Her approach is practical, scrappy, and built for performance. To her, growth isn’t about chasing the latest tactic — it’s about building a scalable foundation and momentum that lasts.

Persistence guarantees that results are inevitable.
